Jenny Goulding – Managing Director
Jenny founded Agile HR Consulting Ltd to bring HR expertise to the SME market in 2010. Career highlight was helping a business win a ‘CIPD people management award.’ She studied Russian and European Studies at Keele University, before completing a Masters Degree in Personnel Management at Kingston University. Jenny has over 15 years HR management experience across a broad range of sectors including Professional Services consultancy, Engineering, Leisure, Transportation, Construction and Retail industries.
Jenny is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is a qualified psychometric profiling assessor with the British Psychological Society, which qualifies her to run and provide feedback on personality profiles and conduct ability testing.
HR doesn’t need to be complicated it is about knowing what you need to do, how you do it and why you should do it.
Hils Jackett – PA & HR Administrator
Hils joined Agile HR Consulting in March 2021 as an HR Administrator. She gained her Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
Hils started her HR career with an internet start-up, helping establish and adapt HR practices for a company that became an internet giant. She has remained passionate about supporting the early part of the employee onboarding process, finding the right candidates for businesses, and helping to recruit and induct them successfully into their new roles. Hils has experience of providing HR administration for all areas of the employee lifecycle within EMEA and CALA.
Hils is committed to providing effective and efficient HR administration and loves to support people on their professional, business and personal journeys.
Chelsey Phillips – HR Consultant
Chelsey joined Agile HR in September 2021 as a HR Consultant. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
She has a broad generalist HR background which has most recently been within the Veterinary sector. She has experience in a variety of areas which include Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection and Employee Engagement & Communication.
Chelsey has a passion for people and ensuring the best practice approaches are being taken. She prides herself on her strong attention to detail and her adaptable and supportive approach to HR.
David Rogers – HR Consultant
David joined Agile HR in September 2021. David holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a level 7 CIPD qualification.
David’s previous role was HR and Recruitment manager for a chain of 10 restaurants, where he led on new site openings, HR policy implementation and the people strategy, as well as the day to day employment relation issues.
David is used to working in fast paced environments and organisations undergoing rapid change.
